We will depart from the city center to our refuge at the base of Cerro López. The tour begins with a group instruction of approximately 15 minutes, where instructors, using a cable 2 meters off the ground, teach basic sliding and safety techniques. Next, we will board Land Rover Defender vehicles for an exciting 4x4 ascent up the mountain. Upon reaching the 250-year-old Coihue forest, we will take a short trek to the first platform to start the zip-lining. Sliding seated in harnesses along the cable, we will regulate our speed with the help of instructors at each platform. The circuit, one of the longest in South America at approximately 1,500 meters, is designed with progressive difficulty for better adaptation and safety. From the platforms, you can enjoy stunning panoramic views, including Lake Moreno, the San Pedro Peninsula, Llao Llao Hotel, and Puerto Pañuelo. At the end of the circuit, a short walk through the forest will lead us back to the 4x4 vehicles, which will take us back to the base of the hill, where the “Certificate of Courage” will be awarded.
